9:00am: A gathering at the steps of City Hall, Red Deer, AB, for the reading of the 2026 Proclamation.
3:00pm to 7:00pm: A FREE Community Event at Bower Ponds Recreation. Including FREE Boat Rides, Face Painting, Food, Outdoor Games, Giveaways, and MORE!
